Installation Support
A SecureVault Agent will establish your backup routine and train you on the file backup software's functions. We encourage you to be involved in the process, and we will go through several practice scenarios to ensure you can maneuver easily within the software.

Remote Hands support is an efficient way for us to quickly provide support when we are away from your location(s). SecureVault uses lightweight remote management software to control your machine (with your permission) as you sit back and observe. Remote Hands enable us to educate you on the backup environment and help you avoid frustrating mistakes.

Once the session is over, Remote Hands uninstalls automatically, and your online backup routine will resume.

Sheer Speed
Throttling bandwidth down to 1Mbps is a hidden "profit center" for many online backup and data recovery companies. This practice slows down your data transfer and may prevent you from completing backups in a timely manner.

SecureVault's foundational belief is that there is no such thing as over-kill in redundancy. Our data center's secure environment is setup with a RAID array including redundant backup drives with a hot spare. The hot spare instantly replaces a failed bakup drive to rebuild the RAID set. To safeguard against a disaster striking our data center, we also store your files at second SecureVault storage facility
