SecureVault Remote Support
A SecureVault Professional will establish your online backup routine (per your specifications) and train you on the software's functions. We encourage you to be involved in the process. We will even go through a practice backup scenario to ensure you can maneuver within SecureVault's software.

Remote Support support is an efficient way for us to quickly provide support when we are away from your location(s). SecureVault uses lightweight remote management software to control your machine (with your permission) as you sit back and observe. Remote Support enable us to educate you on the backup environment and help you avoid frustrating mistakes.

Once the session is over, Remote Support uninstalls automatically, and your backup routine will resume. We even provide a movie of the installation so you can see a quick refresher when you need it.
